We are looking for an Optimization Engineer to join us in Thailand. You will be responsible for performing network optimization to meet customer KPI´s requirements. The position is applicable for design & optimization of RAN (3G, 4G/VoLTE and 5G). You'll be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales establishment and service delivery until customer acceptance.
What you will do
Participate in knowledge sharing activities
Collect and document customer requirements
Identify and tackle network issues
Identify and develop automation opportunities
To execute delivery process and propose improvement opportunities within IT.
You will bring
You are a recent graduate of 2023.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom) .
Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated individual, with excellent confidence working with diverse partner groups.
Good understanding of RAN features and parameters.
Analytical skills.
Good communication and English Skills.
