Job Description



Your challenge:


The role would involve overseeing and managing projects related to the implementation, migration, or optimization of Office 365 cloud-based solutions within an organization.


  • To lead and manage projects related to the implementation, migration, or optimization of Office 365 Cloud solutions;
  • To define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • To develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution;
  • To coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, administrators, and end-users;
  • To manage project resources, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones;
  • To identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed;
  • To monitor and report project status, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics, to stakeholders and senior management;
  • To facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors;
  • To ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards;
  • To provide guidance, support, and coaching to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


And in terms of technical know-how?


  • In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services and features, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform;
  • Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and principles, particularly related to Office 365;
  • Excellent knowledge of Project Management practices and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK or Prince2), planning tools, etc. with relevant certificates and accreditations (or equivalent knowledge and experience);
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience with management of IT infrastructure and/or applications migration projects or initiatives as a Project Manager;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with delivery of mid to large size IT infrastructure projects of medium to high complexity.

  • To have a good command in French and English.

Education :


3+ years university degree in IT and at least 7 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
