Your mission at RBI
- Deliver JIRA and Confluence service to 15.000 users in RBI Group
- Serve as first point of contact for delivery teams and support the users
- Migrate, consolidate and harmonize several Jira & Confluence Instances
- Design and implement JIRA workflows in close collaboration with users
- Create automated features to improve the experience
- Ensure stable service delivery for JIRA/Confluence as part of the application management and administration team
- Shape RBI’s strategy for consolidating and migrating multiple JIRA instances
Your core competencies
- Work experience with JIRA and broad overview of the Atlassian marketplace
- Profound experience in applying JIRA/Confluence in agile product development teams
- Sound knowledge of process optimization and automation
- Understanding of Engineering skills for scripting and testing of automated processes
- Knowledge in operating applications in the Cloud (AWS)

- Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges between 45.000 and 60.000 Euro (basis full-time) excluding overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
