MANAGING... business trips (arranging, planning, booking and preparing travel expense reports)
COORDINATING... the calendars of both managing directors (MDs) (coordinating appointments, booking meeting rooms, recognizing and clarifying conflicting appointments)
ENSURING… meeting deadlines of outstanding responses and task assignments
SUPPORTING... the MDs in all matters arising (preparation and follow-up of internal meetings, creation of orders in SAP) as well as in correspondence in German and English language
TAKING OVER... organizational and administrative tasks of the MDs (planning of events, customer visits as well as meetings and administration of their company cars)
RESEARCHING... and compiling information on a wide range of topics
YOUR PROFILE
sound commercial training
several years of experience in dealing with top level management
experience in a corporate environment is of advantage
RELIABILITY and a very precise way of working coupled with a high degree of organizational skills
strong service orientation, discretion and diplomatic behavior
proficient in MS-Office (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP/SRM knowledge is of advantage
excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
