岗位设置的目的
Timely, exactly and economically purchase the materials/service requested by daily production to ensure the routine operation continuously.
Mainly focus on procurement of Facility Management and site services in Bekaert Qingdao Plant. Meanwhile, the role will supervise the plant buyer team in China.
主要职责及具体工作任务
1. Manage sourcing according to the requisitions and conduct preliminary evaluations of potential vendors based on Bekaert S2C framework.
2. Clarify tender documents with both internal customers and suppliers. Analyze historical spend, organize bid, prepare bid comparison and propose selection for approval.
3. Support all regional Categories for necessary on-site support.
4. Support supplier management process, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, to ensure transparency.
5. Ensure a close cooperation with internal customers to ensure customer care and early involvement.
6. Lead the team of China plant Buyers to implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance.

任职要求
1. You hold a Bachelor degree of Science.
2. 5 years above MNC purchasing experience, experience in Capex, Facility Management related indirect purchase is preferred.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
4. You are strong in data analysis and logic thinking.
5. You are a good team player with cross function coordination and interpersonal skill.
6. Good communication in English is a must.
