Data Processing – Processes data on the ERP system, and complete the record for each shipment, Processes shipment data on the portal for foreign government authorities for different international clients, amend data upon receiving updates from the shipping lines & etc.
Documentation - ensure that all documentation is completed in a correct manner and presented within the expected time frames as designated by the departmental head at any given time. Updating customers of shipment tracking & status reports. Chasing vessel & container status, complete documents for the billing process, & etc.
Customer Service - Communicate effectively with customers, shipping line, clients, different foreign government authorities & team members by telephone, and electronically. Proactively organize workflow to meet customer time frames. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, investigate and solve shipment problems, & etc.
Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution
Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements.
Interact with clients on the phone and email in a professional manner
Coordinating accordingly to ensure smooth clearance process.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
sound knowledge of supply chain processes and operations
Education: Graduate/Finalist
Experience : 2 Years Minimum in same field
Other Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication in English (Mandatory).
Good command of MS excel.
Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
Good communication skill with good command over written and spoken English

- UK Shift: Winter: 1:30pm-10:30pm Summer: 12:30pm -09:30pm
- USA Shift: Winter: 06:30pm-03:30am Summer : 05:30pm -02:30am
