Company Description


Chubb Fire & Security now has an opportunity for a full time CCTV Contact Centre Agent based in Dublin. The main goal of this role is to assist with the monitoring and response to CCTV and intruder alarms based at our Dublin Monitoring Centre.

Internally your job title will be known as Monitoring Operative


Job Description
  • Respond to and process CCTV and alarm activations, speedily and accurately
  • Inform the relevant Emergency Authorities and Customers
  • Handle internal / external customer related enquiries and deliver high levels of customer service at all times
  • You will work 39 contractual hours per week on a rotating shift pattern

Our day shift runs from 7am - 7pm and our night shift runs from 7pm - 7am. During training for the first 3-6 months you will be required to work a mix of both day and night shifts.


Qualifications
  • Have previous customer service / contact centre experience, ideally telephone based
  • Have previous experience working in rotating shift patterns (day and / or night)
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be able to work on your own initiative, remaining calm in a busy, fast paced environment
